LMPD Search For Shooter

Police responded to a workplace incident today at 1:30 PM at Cardinal Kitchens on Hiawatha Ave.

Cardinal Kitchens is a company that specializes in kitchen counter-tops for both residential and commercial use. Two people were shot in what appears to be a fight between several employees turned violent. One man was shot in the chest and was transported to University Hospital where he is in critical condition. The other man was able to drive himself to the hospital and he is expected to survive.

The shooter did manage to escape before police arrived and police are asking that anyone with information to call police department as 502-574-LMPD.
